Usama Mehboob Awan

Usama Mehboob Awan, the Founder and Head Trainer of Passion Combat Academy, has been involved in the martial arts scene since his childhood. While studying, he discovered his passion for martial arts and combat sports, which he has dedicated his life to ever since. Usama not only coaches MMA fighters, but also helps others regain self-confidence through the art of martial arts.

Under Usama’s supervision, many fighters – from amateurs to professionals – have been trained. Notably, Hamza Ajaz and Zulqarnain Saeed, who had no prior experience in martial arts or combat sports, joined the academy and became champions while continuing their studies.

In addition to coaching, Usama Mehboob Awan has competed in professional fights and even won a match against Ashfaq Bhatti with a first-round finish armbar. He is committed to reaching the top of the MMA world and giving back to society and other team members and fighters.

Usama Mehboob Awan’s coaching and training have not only produced successful fighters, but have also transformed people’s lives.

He has served as a judge and referee for various well-known MMA promotions in Pakistan, including Flogger Series 1 to 8, Lion Den Fighting Championship, Legacy Fight Series, ARY Warrior, Proving Ground, NFT, Pakido Fighting Championship, and Spark Fight Night. Additionally, he has been appointed as the General Secretary of the Pakistan MMA Athletic Commission.
